Primary responsibilities include providing structure and process to the development and implementation of initiatives within the Human Resources department. This position provides project support and direction to multiple concurrent efforts and entails the management of moderate to highly complex projects and consulting to the Human Resources functions with regular communications and interactions with HR leadership regarding status, progress and challenges. Responsibilities include typical project management skills (scope project work, define and track milestones, ensure accountability, etc.), but also the ability to provide access to internal expertise and resources, incorporate leading practices and innovative solutions, and communicate with key stakeholders.

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business or related. | Project Management Professional (PMP). | Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience. Preferred: 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Independently coordinates projects of medium to high complexity within the HR Department
- Guides associates and teams in project management methodology and process
- Provides effective project coordination, working closely with appropriate internal teams and external partners
- Develops complete and accurate project charters with teams
- Coordinates multiple projects concurrently with ongoing assessment of workload, budgets, and timelines
- Provides accurate and timely project status reports to HR Leaders as well as to the CHRO.
- Supports the timely resolution of project issues.
- Manages projects through prioritization of work and delegation to internal team members, as appropriate
- Tracks project progress, from charter development to completion of project deliverables
- Ensures individual accountability and long-term measurement of success
Communication:
- Ensures appropriate, timely, and seamless communication and coordination within project teams, across business units, and to HR Leadership
- Provides real-time communication to HR Leadership regarding project status, barriers, and successes
- Assists in the compilation and broader communication of project progress success to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicates and promotes a culture of performance improvement and change, through words, actions, and attitude
Benchmarking:
- Proficient in using benchmarking processes to identify best practices. Develops indicators that facilitate ongoing evaluation
