Administrative Coordinator - Lindner Center of HOPE - Residential (Full Time, Days)

Job Description

To provide administrative support to the Residential Admissions team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the residential intake phone and triaging calls, helping incoming callers with information they request or scheduling an appointment to discuss treatment options with an admissions specialist. During work hours the target call answer is 90% answered without going to voicemail.
  • Maintain the residential census including potential admissions and discharges in order to provide visibility to the units and management.
  • Prepare intake packets
  • Scanning of paperwork
  • Performing registration
  • Obtain insurance cards and ID's and obtain Verification of Benefits; including follow up with SJ Health
  • Scheduling and requesting transportation and accommodations for patients


Qualifications

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 Years equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, including communication skills
  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous EPIC experience preferred
