Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care; provide administrative direction to all nursing personnel; 24-hour accountability for operational aspects of the patient care unit(s).
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: BSN; current licensure. Professional certification desired.
Years of Experience: Three to five years of management experience.
