The Talent Acquisition Preboarding Specialist is an integral strategic member of our Talent Acquisition Team which 'delivers the right people, with the right skills in the right quantity at the right time'.

You will process the preboarding candidates ensuring all background, requirements are meet in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preboarding process flow ensuring all requirements are met and completed in a timely manner.
  • Audit preboarding function to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local and UC Health policies and regulations.
  • Maintain standard workflow for preboarding function.


  • Other Duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education:

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED

License and Certification:

Preferred PHR, SPHR, Certified Recruiter/Healthcare Recruiter, sHRBP

Years of Experience:

Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience

Required Skills and Knowledge:

•1 to 2 years of customer service experience

•Demonstrated analytical skills.

•Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
