The Talent Acquisition Specialist will use various channels (social media, string searches, etc.) to proactively create interest and drive talent pipeline to UC Health, and is responsible for assisting the team with daily department administrative functions. Must have the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, and work collaboratively with employees, leaders, vendors, and external customers to promote a positive environment.

Responsibilities

Job Function: Applicant Sourcing

Uses various channels to look for potential candidates, proactively contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for UC Health hiring needs.

Job Function: Internal Job Skills Gap Analysis

Works closely with Talent Acquisition and leadership to best understand the needs of the organization, department and position.

Job Function: Applicant Analysis

Measure conversion rates, including number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited for interviews, get offers and get hired.

Job Function: Applicant Data Admin

Maintain up to date applicant and candidate data base.

Job Function: Referral Admin

Manage referrals from employees, external networks.

Job Function: Branding

Promote the UC Health brand.

Job Function: Applicant Liaison

Communicate with applicants, candidates, Talent Acquisition team, leadership, etc.

Job Function: Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
