We are Better Together

At UC Health, we are committed to inclusion 365 days a year. We stand together with our patients, employees and community to listen to different lived experiences, learn by building cultural competency and lead by aligning words with actions. Change must come from all of us by living into our PRIIDE (Patients and Families First, Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Discovery and Empathy) values, specifically around inclusion. There are many ways to get involved and advance DEI at UC Health. Some of the most impactful include: employee resource groups, DEI Councils, community volunteerism and participating in our annual inclusion week.
