HR Operations Partner

Job Description

UC Health is hiring a full time HR Operations Partner

The HR Operations Partner is responsible for the administration of HR data transactions, execution of internal workflows, and consistency of HR processes. This role will serve as a specialized partner in supporting escalated requests from employees regarding the full HR cycle activities including benefits, compensation, performance management, learning, etc. This role will also directly partner with the internal HR stakeholders to improve existing processes and implement new initiatives.

Responsibilities

HR Data Processing:
• Use knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and controls framework to initiate and/or complete routine employee data transactions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for new and/or modified HR programs impacting employee data requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Leave Management, and others to analyze complex data issues or process breakdowns and propose solutions.

HR Data Analysis:
• Use data analysis and in-depth knowledge of specialty area to resolve employee inquiries and respond to internal stakeholder requests.
• Work with external vendors such as benefits providers, employment verification platforms, and others to process organizational requests (i.e., negotiating claims, analyzing vendor data to improve organizational processes)
• Design, implement, and deploy methods to execute large volumes of data updates leveraging mass uploads, excel formulas, and other technology platforms.
• Regularly analyze error reports and create framework to reduce future process errors to ensure data integrity.

Employee Experience:
• Act as an escalation point for HR inquiries that require in-depth research and analysis to resolve customer service issues.
• Partner with HR Technology and HR Centers of Excellence to create and test new or updated system functionality.
• Support new initiatives or special projects impacting the employee or people leader experience.

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience.
