Physical Therapist (PT), PRN, First Shift, Outpatient Therapy
UC Health is hiring a first shift PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for the outpatient therapy division that includes departments at West Chester Hospital, Daniel Drake Center, and at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center campus.
The major focus will be on evaluating, planning, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return to his/her maximum function. Follow hospital department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients, and visitors.

- Complete functional and comprehensive and physical therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment programs consistent with patient's diagnosis, status, and goals.
- Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
- Engage in professional and population-appropriate communication.
- Adhere to hospital and department policies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Required:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from approved APTA School.
- License to practice Physical Therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.
- Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.
