Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.
Years of Experience: 7-11 months experience required. 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities
- Process incoming referrals via fax, email, and Care Everywhere from outside of the organization
- Agents possess strong attention to detail and are highly proficient in completing registration for multiple UC Health ambulatory departments

Years of Experience: 7-11 months experience required. 1-2 years preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced Call Center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Patient scheduling/registration experience.
