UC Health is hiring a full-time Materials Management Products Coordinator for the first shift to support the Supply Chain Department at the Blood Cancer Healing Center with UC Medical Center.

  • Establishes inventory levels consistent with inventory management and customer service goals.
  • Creates purchase orders for supplies.
  • Tracks purchase orders thru Lawson System to make sure orders have been placed by purchasing.
  • Detects and corrects errors in issues and receipts.
  • Reconciles descrepancies in inventory levels by doing cycle counts.
  • Works with Purchasing and Receiving to reconcile any problems with purchase orders.
  • Works with any Health Alliance department wishing to obtain supplies thru the ABC Warehouse.
  • Assists in all areas of the warehouse as needed.


Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • This position requires standing and walking for lengthy period of times on hard surfaces and may be exposed to inclement weather.
