Job Description

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • 1 year Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Nurse recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • RN Licensure
  • Basic knowledge of employment law, policies and procedures, and practices.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. minimum required.

License and Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio

Years of Experience: One - two years equivalent experience, minimum required.
