Parking and Access Specialist, Day Shift, 7am-3:30pm

UC Health is hiring a full-time parking and access specialist at the UC Medical Center.

The parking and access specialist will provide administrative parking, security, and access control support for the hospital including running the day-to-day operation of the Parking, Security, and Access Control Office.

This team is a collaborative and close-knit unit that enjoys multiple group outings throughout the year aimed at team bonding.

Responsibilities

  • Operates badge software equipment; processes all ID badge requests and maintains appropriate records and databases.
  • Updates parking database with information regarding parking violations.
  • Operates security software equipment; processes all access requests and maintains appropriate records and databases.
  • Develops, audits, and monitors all databases for compliance and accuracy through creating and reviewing appropriate reports.
  • Collects fees for lost badges/keys and deposits money accordingly. Answers the office phone and resolves / refers appropriately.
  • Operates scrub software equipment; processes all access requests and maintains appropriate records and databases.


Qualifications

Associate degree

Three to Five years secretarial and/or administrative leadership experience

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week

Shift: 7am-3:30pm / First Shift
