Job Description

To perform complicated repairs, preventative maintenance, calibrations and modifications of the electronic, communications and computer equipment associated with the Plant Operations & Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities

PerPerforms installation and repair of electronic systems, devices, controls including computer-controlled systems. Performs complicated calibrations repairs; operates, updates modifies and installs complex equipment and software associated with Plant Operations and Maintenance. - 40% � Performs preventive maintenance necessary to insure safe Operational standards. Maintains inventory of parts and equipment; prepares related reports; provides training for staff. - 20% � Interprets prints, manuals, and diagrams to determine layout, location, parts and supplies needed to complete all assigned workorders/tasks in an efficient, safe and timely manner. - 10% � Accurately documents time and work performed on each task worked on. - 5% � May be required to inspect work performed by outside vendors and contractors insuring all work meets or exceeds all federal, state, and city codes and standards. - 5% � Assists other trade workers in performance of routine maintenance, renovation and construction projects. - 5% � Maintains housekeeping conditions as prescribed by area. - 5% � Performs other related duties as assigned. - 5% � Assists in the layout and supervision of the installation of new Electronic equipment. - 5% | Review the physical demands and assign an overall average percentage of time this position performs these activities. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED | Maintenance experience preferred

| 2-5 years preferred.
