The Sr Analyst oversees Operational Effectiveness at the hospital focusing on productivity, benchmarking process and revenue integrity processes. The position will be instrumental in continually strengthening the culture of process improvement to "best-in-class" standards to meet organizational financial objectives.

Responsibilities
- This role works with directors, and staff to ensure ongoing communication and efforts to achieve organizational goal for financial performance.
- Provides strategic leadership across the organization to ensure sharing of best practices internally and also externally with compare group participants to significantly impact key results areas.
- Monitors trends in productivity tracking and benchmarking processes as well as coordinates change in processes as appropriate. Coordinates benefit costs tracking process. Acts as project coordinator, including quarterly data submissions, analysis of results, integration of results into operational plans, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Assists director in evaluating processes for development and implementation of ideas to improve productivity and cost effectiveness. Monitors compliance with budget and industry benchmarks to support monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Oversees the development of the benefits budget input consistent with targets as determined by the benchmarking process, and supports communication of pertinent changes.
- Manages benefit audit processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field with a MBA or MHA preferred.
- Three to five years of progressive management responsibility will be considered.
- Experience in project management, change management, leading teams for overall process excellence and a proven track record in improving efficiencies and lowering costs required. Lean Six Sigma training and black belt certification preferred.
- Experience including budgeting, analysis, interaction with senior management and physician relationship management is preferred.
- Highly developed knowledge of how financial planning and analysis can impact the financial success of a business unit.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills. Must maintain a professional appearance and have high quality interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
