Provide customer service and shuttling to the Medical Center's patients and visitors while facilitating assistance entering and exiting the parking facilities; provides directions and/or maps to clinics, offices, and ancillary buildings.
Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service in working with patients and visitors with facilitating driver assistance entering and exiting the garage; providing directional informational to the surrounding buildings and immediate area.
Ensuring consistent traffic flow for customer satisfaction, assist with coordination of motorist assistance calls (i.e. flat tires, tow trucks, misplaced vehicle.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.
Report and trouble shoot malfunctions with equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. | Valid Drivers License required. | Minimum Required: 0 - 6 Months equivalent experience. Prefered:1 - 2 Years equivalent experience
