UC Health is hiring a full time Sr. Communications Consultant
The Sr. Consultant will primarily support the advancement of the organization's reputation in the community. This position will develop and implement strategic content and programs that inspire and unite employees to become ambassadors of the organization both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
• Partner and provide communication guidance and support to the UC Health Foundation, including connecting the dots across the organization and ensuring UC Health voice and look/tone/feel is represented in materials.
• Lead and execute management of assigned long-term sponsorships, maximizing investment, and achieving system goals related to the same.
• Partner with the College of Medicine and UC Physicians to ensure achievement of physician engagement in key sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Support and lead OneToUCH communication throughout planning and implementation.
• Support and lead PoliteMail partnership, including regular reporting to key stakeholders, new template implementation and regular user training.
• Seek out Marketing & Communications industry awards and make recommendations for nomination. Complete award process from solicitation to celebration.
• Create, populate and regularly share the inventory of About UC Health items, including presentations and kit of parts for leaders.
• Help develop an inclusive culture where each employee feels valued, committed to excellence, and is fully prepared to provide exceptional care and a great experience for patients, their families and our communities.
• Elevate reputation internally and externally to help make UC Health an employer of choice for the best and brightest employees and clinicians.
• Manage the ticket distribution through The Link from drawing, recording to dissemination.
• Manage and lead holiday messaging from ideation to dissemination.
• Create content as needed for Marketing & Communications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related area.
- 3-5 years in Corporate, Internal, or Human Resources communications. 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.
