Accounts Specialist, Statement Reconciliation

UC Health is hiring for a Full-Time Accounts Specialist, Statement Reconciliation. The Accounts Specialist will review supplier statements and resolve unpaid invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly request statements and perform reconciliations for high priority suppliers as defined by Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Complete reconciliations of all other supplier statements received by UC Health.
  • Request missing invoices identified in statement reconciliation.
  • Communicate with team members and Supervisors to ensure missing invoices are processed and aged invoices are resolved for payment that were identified in the reconciliation.
  • Performance measures for the number of statement reconciliations completed will be defined by department management.
  • For statements with 25 or less unpaid invoices, enter missing invoices and resolve invoices with issues preventing payment.


Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years equivalent experience required
