UC Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator for the radiology department for first-shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Clinical Research Coordinator will support both research studies and feasibility in conjunction with the University of Cincinnati Radiology Services Core Lab. This position will coordinate all facets of the research process and collaborate with all areas of UC Health, UC Radiology, and UC Research departments to ensure appropriate protocols are utilized or developed as well as scheduling scans and generating billing.

- Coordinates and manages clinical research projects for Radiology, ensuring protocol adherence, handling administrative tasks, and serving as the primary contact for participants and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute study visits, maintain study status awareness, and communicate with clinical teams and participants.
- Organize departmental correspondence, manage supplies and equipment, and participate in performance improvement activities.
- Assists with regulatory activities, audit readiness, maintaining protocol-specific SOPs, and documentation while supporting departmental efficiency and workflow for research projects. Actively engages in performance improvement, presentations, and continuous departmental improvement, accepting additional responsibilities.
- Demonstrates knowledge of performance goals, monitors outcomes, and participates in personal performance evaluation and improvement.
- Competently uses a variety of computer functions and systems while maintaining pertinent documentation appropriately and completely.
- Participates in continued education to maintain professional certifications as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an approved program for Radiologic Technology or other approved Imaging program.
- License and Certifications: Registered Technologist by one of the following: ARRT, CNMT, ARDMS. Certification for Clinical Research Coordinator preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a field of Radiology with a preference to research experience.
