Responsibilities
- Provides quality workmanship relating to co-workers and managements needs as described by way of work orders or described in preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitors and records operating system parameters, such as boiler and chiller loads, water usage, steam generation, chiller discharge temperatures, as well as noting any anomalies with system expected performance.
- Monitors all Energy Center equipment to assure uninterrupted service of heating and cooling to the campus.
