Job Description
This position will assist with the implementation and ongoing support of various Supply Chain business systems. The analyst will work with decision-makers and end-users across Supply Chain, IS&T, Finance, and clinical departments guiding, problem-solving, and educating consumers of Supply Chain systems and data. The analyst will facilitate best practices and standardized usage of the ERP and Point-of-Use platforms as well as effectively design, generate, and analyze metrics and reports employing various systems and data sources. The analyst will employ advanced quantitative skills in the development and delivery of system processes, KPIs and reporting while using exemplary communication skills to articulate business impact and value propositions.

Responsibilities
- Report Preparation: Design, prepare and analyze financial and utilization reports for interdepartmental staff, administrators and leadership. Present and interpret reports and analysis with internal users throughout the organization. Process ad hoc report requests for new users; explain the data to new users. Assist new users in analysis of the data.
- System Maintenance: Maintain Supply Chain systems through auditing, cleansing, and standardizing data and updating tables.
- Software/System Implementation and Support: Assist with implementation of software and data systems. Analyze requirements, prepare data for entry, coordinate and review testing of new systems. Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, to identify opportunities and develop systemic solutions that help achieve the organization's goals.
- Quality: Develop and monitor metrics that drive operational excellence and financial performance. Solicit user feedback and log enhancements, issues, change impacts, decisions, risks, and actions. Update documentation and training material accordingly.
- Training: Systems training, end user support, and reporting analysis. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems/Technology
- Preferred: Master's Degree In Business
- Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.
