IT System Analyst, Full-Time, First Shift
The Financial Systems System Analyst supports the Oracle Financials ERP Fusion system (ONE TOUCH) and is responsible for aligning technology with finance operations across Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring and supporting system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate processing of payroll, invoices, billing, and financial reporting. The analyst maintains data integrity, supports system upgrades and testing, and collaborates closely with finance and technical teams. Additionally, they provide user support while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and overall system performance.

Responsibilities
System Development and Support:
- Finance knowledge and understanding of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting functions
- Develops specifications and documents operational procedures, tests software and coordinates software release procedures.
- Facilitates effective system design and definition for existing and new system functionality.
- Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the application data and database.
- Facilitate complex system upgrades. Assists in the evaluation of system hardware and software products.
- Develop and tests complex testing scenarios.
- Develops accurate complex Functional and Technical Specifications.
- Audits application processes or personnel to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Maintains an ability to develop ad hoc reports independently.
- Completes system configuration within the supported applications.
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced staff.
- Must have experience with data collection procedures and data management.
- Must have ability to translate specifications. Ability to write functional specifications, develop and document operational procedures, test software, and coordinate software release procedures preferred.
- Must have specific knowledge of project management concepts.
- Strong system orientation and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in IS&T or related field
- Two or more years' experience with computer applications (programming or analysis) in a PC or mainframe environment required.
- 4 years equivalent experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree. Finance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
