MYHR Call Center Representative, Human Resources

UC Health is hiring a part-time Call Center Representative for the Human Resources department at the Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care.

The purpose of this position is to provide MYHR call center and clerical support to the human resource division and other related services as assigned. This position serves as a resource and first tier customer service for internal and external customers, seeking information from HR or related departments.

Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care is the regions premier provider of post-acute and transitional care services, offering a complete range of inpatient and outpatient services including medically complex care, skilled nursing, assisted living, wellness services and research. Daniel Drake Center helps patients recover from catastrophic injury and illness including multi-system organ failure, complex wound care, traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injury.

Daniel Drake is the only hospital-based skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati region. Patients at Daniel Drake Center have access to many hospital-based services including 24/7 on-site physician coverage, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, wound care and specialty physician consulting services. The availability of these on-site services allows for quick response to the complex and evolving care needs for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes and provides updates to OneTouch System as a resource and tracking of helpdesk tickets.
  • Takes the initiative in identifying & facilitating the resolution of employee requests through research, communication & cooperation w/internal & external personnel.
  • Escalates (out-of-scope) questions and tickets to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert, or Tier 2 assignee.
  • Provides benefits information to candidates and employees for routine questions, during the HR onboarding process, WLE's, and Open Enrollment.
  • Scans and/or logs employee certifications, licensure, corrective actions, and other employee file components into the OneTouch System.
  • Assists in Joint Commission survey preparation activities, such as pulling employee files or components as requested by HR teams.
  • Assists applicants with the application process and provides benefits information to candidates during the HR onboarding process.
  • Participates in screening of MYHR candidates, and/or schedule interviews


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be a currently enrolled college student, pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree
