The Patient Accounting Representative processing the incoming correspondence for Patient Financial Services. Reads and routes the correspondence to the proper unit for response, completes assigned Epic work queues, and performs other tasks to support the goals of the Patient Financial Services correspondence function.


Assists the manager in all daily activities associated with the correspondence and support functions for Patient Financial Services. Responsible for processing income correspondence related to patient accounting, completing assigned work queues in Epic and other tasks to support the goals of the department.


Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: 2-5 years' experience in revenue cycle preferred.
