Senior Consultant, Revenue Cycle

UC Health is hiring a full-time Senior Consultant in the Revenue Cycle Admin Department at the UC Health Business Center.

The Senior Consultant drives UC Health revenue cycle initiatives to improve quality, satisfaction, and financial performance for various clinical, administrative, and support functions.

The Revenue Cycle department prioritizes inclusivity and collaboration. This role will learn all aspects of the revenue cycle, providing lots of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects, leads development, training, and standardization of processes among all facilities.
  • Responsible for the support and standardization of revenue cycle processes and collaborates with various levels within and external to the organization to improve operations and drive continuous process improvement by system implementation and enhancement.
  • Works with all aspects of healthcare revenue cycle processes, systems, and applications, in a high stress environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
  • Master's Degree | Project Management Certification preferred
  • 3-5 years equivalent experience
