UC Health is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager / Analytics Manager for the Analytics Department.
The Technical Program Manager / Analytics Manager will be responsible for professionally managing our Data Architects. In addition to Data Architecture, this group is responsible for the administration of Caboodle (Epic Data Warehouse), Tableau, Business Objects Enterprise, Midas, & REDCap.

Responsibilities
- Manages Data Architects
- Works with Caboodle (Epic Data Warehouse), Tableau, Business Objects Enterprise, Midas, & REDCap.
- Utilizes SSIS (primary ETL tool) and extends Caboodle to send data extracts to third-party vendors and internal systems (eg: Oracle ERP & Midas).
- Applies Informatica Power Center for legacy development.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
- Required 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience in data analytics.
- Certificates and/or Degrees in data analytics, health information management, informatics, or other data science/business intelligence-related field is preferred.
- Must have at least 1 Epic Data Model Certification.
- Required experience and demonstrated knowledge of T-SQL and Database Reporting.
- Required experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other equivalents)
- Required healthcare data experience in an Epic environment having managed Business Intelligence Analysts.
- Strong experience and at least intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
- Preferred Degree - Master's Degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
- Preferred 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience.
