UC Medical Center is hiring a full time Visitor service assistant.

The visitor service assistant will provide customer service to the Medical Centers patients and visitors while facilitating assistance entering and exiting the parking facilities; provides directions and/or maps to clinics, offices, and ancillary buildings.

  • Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service in working with patients and visitors with facilitating driver assistance entering and exiting the garage, providing directional informational to the surrounding buildings and immediate area.
  • Ensuring consistent traffic flow for customer satisfaction, assist with coordination of motorist assistance calls (i.e. flat tires, tow trucks, misplaced vehicle.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.
  • Report and trouble shoot malfunctions with equipment.


  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Prefered:1 - 2 Years equivalent experience
