Hours: Varies 7:30am-4pm, 9am-5:30pm, 12pm-9pm
Shift: Varies

UC Medical Center is looking for a Visitor Services Assistant

The Visitor Services Assistant with provide customer service to the Medical Center's patients and visitors while facilitating assistance entering and exiting the parking facilities; provides directions and/or maps to clinics, offices, and ancillary buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service in working with patients and visitors with facilitating driver assistance entering and exiting the garage, providing directional informational to the surrounding buildings and immediate area.
  • Ensuring consistent traffic flow for customer satisfaction, assist with coordination of motorist assistance calls (i.e. flat tires, tow trucks, misplaced vehicle.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prefered:1 - 2 Years equivalent experience
